Important: Quoted rates are exclusive of GST and applicable taxes. The PEB quotation excludes foundations, civil works, MEP, site preparation, transport and installed solar PV. The brick-wall quotation excludes its own PCC footing and DPC unless separately instructed. Final execution remains subject to approved drawings, site readiness and agreed logistics.
