1. Executive Summary
Fusion Developers proposes a complete turnkey 55 ft × 77 ft Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) steel shed for BTI — Venus Pharma at Lahore, Pakistan, including columns, footings, brickwork and optional rooftop solar. Two schedules have already been issued to you (PEB: FD-INV-2026-001; Civil: FD-INV-2026-002). This proposal consolidates them, presents the three column/rafter options for today's meeting, and flags the mandatory engineering verification gate.

Engineering Hold (FD-QA-HLD-007): Per FD-QA-HLD-007 (IMRAN, FD-QA-001): column/rafter section sizes for all options are PRELIMINARY for visualization & BOQ only — NOT design-verified. Steel procurement/fabrication released only after PE sign-off (Kamran Ahmed FD-ENG-001 + Rashid Mehmood) confirming AISC 360-16 LRFD, wind 110 mph Exp C, seismic SDC C, rafter camber L/240, connections (25mm base plate, A325, 25mm J-bolts). This is a quality gate, not a scope gap.

3. Scope of Work
- 55 ft x 77 ft Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) steel shed — ~4,235 sq ft covered
- Columns, footings, RCC pedestals and brickwork (perimeter + partition walls)
- Optional rooftop solar PV on PEB roof (solar-optimized structure available)
4. Solar Option
63.4 kWp rooftop solar (~4.2 t) feasible on the PEB roof. Solar-optimized HR primary structure + up-rated purlins add Rs 295/sqft (quoted separately, optional).
